Công ty Schneider Electric đã khởi động chương trình tuyển dụng Internship và Energy Generation Program (EGP) cho rất nhiều vị trí Khối Kỹ Thuật và Thương Mại. Đây là một chương trình lớn với sự đầu tư từ Công Ty đào tạo các ứng viên tiềm năng để phát triển cơ hội học tập, làm việc và thăng tiến tại Công Ty Schneider bổ sung cho nguồn lực hiện có.
Công ty tuyển chọn làm 2 đợt:
+ Spring Intake:
---- Internship Program: Bắt đầu làm việc từ 1 March 2020 – 31 August 2020 (HĐ Có THời Hạn): cần 12 vị trí từ các phòng ban khác nhau
---- Energy Generation Program (EGP): Bắt đầu làm việc từ 1 March 2020 - 28 February 2021: Headcount chính thức được tái tục HĐ 2 năm đầu tiên sau đó chuyển thanh HĐ Vô Thời Hạn: cần 1 vị trí
+ Fall Intake:
---- Internship Program: Bắt đầu làm việc từ 1 September 2020 – 28 February 2021 (HĐ Có THời Hạn) à cần 12 vị trí từ các phòng ban khác nhau

· Students with Bachelor or Master’s degree from accredited Universities nationwide or overseas with strong academic standing (GPA >=7.5 or equivalent);
· For Internship Program: Majoring in Commercial, Business Administration, IT or Technical Study is preferred. Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering major a great plus.
· For EGP: Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Power Energy or similar background;
· Excellent command of English (TOEIC >780 or equivalent);
· Love for learning with the ability to learn and adapt quickly;
· Competent in Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration;
· Proven leadership ability or Digital Savvy is a strong plus;
