Position is responsible for handling Accounts Payable activities, which includes invoice processing of PO Invoices, Non PO Invoices, debit memos, credit memos etc.

• Should possess knowledge of T&E vouchers processing
• Responsible for Payment proposals generations, executions and handling the payment exceptions
• Ability to handle process emergency payments
• Reconcile mismatches between purchase orders, receipts and invoices (GR/IR);
• Respond to BU contacts/suppliers directly and to deliver error free process
• Building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues
• Participate in Special projects to drive efficiency
• Handling ad-hoc requests on a timely manner

BA in Finance and Accounting
• 1 - 3 years of experience in finance and accounting operation with good expertise in Procure to Pay and related Finance processes. Fresh graduated are welcome
• Knowledge and familiarity with Accounts Payable work performed in shared services or in an outsourcing organization
• Ability to document effectively and communicate with cross-border colleagues/suppliers
• Self-starter with good MS-office skills
• Strong team player and ability to handle tasks under pressure and in a timely manner with required quality
• End to end process knowledge on PTP
• Working Knowledge of ERP (JDE) would be preferred
• Flexible to work in any shifts
• To work independently with limited supervision
• To demonstrate analytical skills
• Good working knowledge of MS_Office (Word / Excel)
• Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
