Research and develop Vendors, review current Vendors to build sourcing plan, to enhance the alternative sources with better costs and quality
Manage and analyze data of services or vendors when required (survey, marketing, translation, others)
Realize and monitor of potential future savings in procurement
Do market analysis to assess the availability of the products at present and in the future
Support reviewing and formatting contract, checking invoice and payment
Support business development activities
Back up in logistic duties whenever necessary
Other administrative tasks which may include data entrying, researching data; arranging meetings…

Bachelor's degree, major in economic, business administration, or related
At least 6-month full-time internship
Careful, Honest
Strong capability in Microsoft Office software
Good analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
