1. Advising (40%)
Advise on health & life insurance plans to inbound leads who are contacting us to buy health insurance, including:
● Initial consultation & needs analysis
● Use our quoting system to make quotes
● Explain quotes, benefits & advise client with recommendation
● Follow-up until deal is won/lost
● Find new business through own efforts, outside of leads given
● Contact list delegated to you
2. Customer Service (30%)
Act as main point of contact for clients, when they have any questions or need help during the policy year. Delegate customer service work to our in-house customer service department.
3. Client Relationship Management (30%)
Use our CRM system to maintain relationship & build relationships with clients

Must have:
● Good English
● The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

Nice to have:
● Degree in field that involves business, communication and/or English. Freshers are welcome!
● Energetic, outgoing, and friendly
● Attention to details & organized
● Self-motivated and be motivated by targets
● Persuasive and goal-oriented
● No insurance experience required, we’ll train you!
