It core system officer

Give clear advice and guidance to users for any matter related to new software and hardware installations/ upgrades. Troubleshoot errors if applicable.
Support in extracting and viewing reports, coordinate with vendors to investigate the report in case issues are arising.
Understanding the Profit System and its functions, information flow for smooth operation:
Coordinate with IT in-house to delivery user training in order to use Profit system.
Manual support end-user for sales and merchandise management.
Support to create new user/ modification of user /unlock user.
Generate reports.

University Degree
Minimum 01-year working as IT position
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to handle multi-tasks.
Must have good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to definite problems
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations.
