*** [r&d] development engineer ***

• Work in international engineering teams to lead/support technical assessment, problem solving, customer approval, tool release as well as implementation of engineering changes
• Develop design solutions of electrical connectors for automotive and motorbike applications, taking into account material, manufacturing, ergonomic and economical aspects; assess and validate design, initiate further design improvement.

• Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Aerospace, Automotive, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or similar majors
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Experience in the field of automotive connector components and systems preferable
• Knowledgeable in design, material, manufacturing and assembly of plastic, elastomer or metal parts, knowledge/experience in tooling preferable
• Tolerance analysis, DFMEA, problem solving skills
• Skilled in TCNX or similar CAD software (2D drawings, 3D modelling)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high resilience, willingness to take responsibility
